Shipping & Returns

At Noak, we partner with trusted local courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. Every delivery requires a signature upon arrival for added peace of mind.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location within South Africa. Please check the product page for shipping time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery starts from R99 nationwide, with free shipping on orders over R1000.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personal items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Return Collection Process

If your return request is approved, Noak will arrange a courier to collect the item directly from your address.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet our return conditions:

• The return will be rejected
• The item will be sent back to you
• You may be required to cover the redelivery cost

Refunds & Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• A return collection fee may apply for change-of-mind returns
• If a return is rejected after inspection, no refund will be issued

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

• Return collection will be free of charge
• You will receive a replacement or full refund
